Mind - Coronavirus and your Wellbeing

In the Wellbeing Guide you will find useful online resources and ideas to support positive mental health and wellbeing whilst at home during the Covid-19

In the Wellbeing resource you will find different resources, each based around one of the 5 ways to wellbeing, which may help to maintain your positivity, gain a fresh perspective and give you a different focus during this difficult time.

During this time, it’s also important to keep safe; individually, in our households, and within the wider community. So we’ve added some additional information about this too in a Keeping Safe section.
